Furthermore, the amount of pending transactions continued to decline, with a total of 11 contracts during the same period. Prices are rising in Fresno County, and the median sales price this period increased from $205,000 to $211,116. A downturn in contracts, coupled with the availability of eight months of inventory, prove that Fresno County is a solid buyer's market.
