In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Washington market dropped to 8,069 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 8.8% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. Prices were able to climb as this week's reported median sales price of $335,000 continued a 12-week upswing. With only two months of inventory to sell, Washington is a solid seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
